We are asking the Foreign Office to telegraph to the Embassy about Miss Kellie Wee to the effect that we will be responsible for her passage to this country and 10 necessary her foes and maintenance while here. The question of whether part of the cost can to regarded as a loan will be discussed FURTHER ACTION with her when she arrived.
